Quick & Healthy Snack

Peanut butter and banana cupcakes were always my favorite to make and eat. Now that I'm tweaking my lifestyle toward the healthier side, this has been my go to snack when I'm in the mood for something sweet and satisfying. Packing roughly 200 calories, peanut butter and banana wheat toast is also a good breakfast and way to start the day and your metabolism.

  1. This looks really good! How filling is it? And do you eat it with something else, like yogurt or berries or something?

  2. It's a great snack. I typically just eat it alone as it's very filling by itself. I tried to eat two once and was satisfied after the first one. You def could add some berries. the peanut butter is filled with calories so I just eat this as an in between snack or light breakfast.
