Lately I've been on this smoothie kick. It's super hot right now and having a smoothie is my way to keep cool in the summer and get in my fruit for the day. This is the simple recipe I use. You may need to make alterations to my ingrediants to suit your taste buds:
> About 1 cup of ice (add more for thicker drink) > 6 strawberries cut in half > 1 banana, sliced > 1 nectarine, peeled and sliced > 1/2 cup of milk > 2 tbs of sugar
